In conjunction with the Commonwealth Games, UEMC was also involved in the construction of the Games Village. Built at a total cost of RM400 million, the Games Village is center around Vista Commonwealth, comprising 1,567 condominium units three high-rise clusters and Plaza Commonwealth, a four-storey international shopping complex. For the duration of the world's second largest sporting event, the Games Village served as the administrative nerve centre and home to more than 6,000 competitors and team officials.
