MR. LIM KOK BENG, aged 60, was appointed to the Board of UEM Builders Berhad on 1 February 2002 and is the Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee and Projects Review Committee, and a member of the Nominations Committee and Investment Committee. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and was a Council member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He has broad experience gained internationally in the fields of investment banking and corporate planning and has held Chief Executive positions in industrial, trading, development and information technology companies. He is a Senior Partner in a Chartered Accountants firm and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of London.

He is currently also a Director on the Board of Mulpha Land Berhad.
