PROPEL provides a range of pavement rehabilitation techniques that caters to the different needs of road repairs such as conventional overlay; mill & pave and cold-in-place recycling. PROPEL is well equipped with the state-of-the-art plant and machineries to deliver the required quality of works as specified by the client.
Slope & Embankment Stabilisation & Rehabilitation
Torrential rainfall and floods are disruptive to slopes and embankments. One of the services undertaken by PROPEL to avoid landslides is the stabilization and rehabilitation of slope and embankment. PROPEL conducts inspection, assessment and repairs on defective earthworks affected by movement, settlement, erosion and defects on the drainage system.
Traffic and Safety Management
As an integral part of highway maintenance activities, PROPEL also provides traffic safety management services that include management of traffic flows; temporary traffic signage; up keep of work signboards; traffic cones & barriers; safety of personnel on site and 24-hour patrolling. The traffic management plan are documented and duly approved by the relevant management authorities prior to implementation.
Building Maintenance & Facilities Management

In a world increasingly dominated by Information Technology, PROPEL has implemented the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to keep track of the inventory list and database of assets that it maintains. The CMMS data for building maintenance contain information on property; asset register; work order generator, planned preventive/maintenance schedule; inventories, spares & consumables; pest control activities; grounds-keeping and cleaning activities & reports.
