In 1995, PATI established a subsidiary company in the Philippines called PATI PHILIPPINES INCORPORATED
PPI), with its head office based in Makati, Manila City. PPI was awarded the construction of the Manila-Cavite Toll Expressway (Phase I) which involved the upgrading and reconstruction of the existing coastal expressway linking the Airport Interchange to Zapote. The scope of work also covered the construction of a 19-booth toll plaza and a toll supervision building. The project with a contract value of USD23 million was completed in January 1998. |

After its establishment in the Philippines, PATI formed a joint venture with ROAD BUILDER (M) SDN BHD and B. SEENAIAH & CO. OF INDIA to bid for various highway jobs in India under the loan assistance of the Asian Development Bank. The joint venture was successful in securing three contracts worth USD160 million. These three highway contracts are located in Haryana and Rajasthan (126km), West Bengal (41km) and Bihar (43 km),were completed in 2001
Towards the end of 2000, PATI in association with Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) of Mumbai secured a World Bank Funded road project from Mehsana to Palanpur in the state of Gujarat. The length of this project is 65 Km with a contract value of USD16.1 million, was completed in June 2003. |
