PATI Sdn Bhd (PATI) was established in 1988 as a civil engineering contractor. It commenced operations in 1989 when the company was appointed by Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad (PLUS) as the specialist contractor for constructing Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP) along the North-South Expressway.
