To develop and maintain a fully functional 600 bedded 12-storey Women & Children Hospital for the Ministry of Health, implemented through the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Build, Lease, Maintain and Transfer (BLMT) concept. Total gross floor area of 1,890,143 sq. ft. The facilities include Labour and Delivery, Creche/Nursery, Therapy Services, Specialist Clinic, Child Development Centre, Paediatric Specialist Clinics, Women Health Centre, Neonatal Intensive Care Units, Obstetric Wards, Emergency Department, multi-level car park, cafeteria, shops and a 20-room hotel.
