The design, procurement, construction, commissioning, completion and maintenance of a pilot scheme to design and build 4000 houses together with the necessary supporting infrastructure for the national housing scheme at Mangkubau, Kampong Mentiri, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei.The project consists of 1,600 semi-detached and 2,400 terrace houses.
