The development of the JSNAC on a 320-acre site located at Bandar Nusajaya, 25 km from Johor Bahru, Johor is divided into three precincts comprising the Government precinct (273 acres), VIP residences and Istana reserve (17 acres) and the Government housing reserve (30 acres). Phase 1 of this development is divided into five packages where three packages, were awarded. Project involves the construction of office buildings for the new state administrative centre in Johor.
